Postdoctoral fellow

We are seeking a talented scientist/engineer with outstanding record of creativity in biomedical research.   The research in our lab involves designing microfluidic devices to study how neutrophil phenotype changes before and during infections, inflammation, and sepsis. The position entails working in multidisciplinary teams of doctors and scientists. The ultimate goal is to understand the implications of neutrophil phenotype changes during disease processes in patients.  A list of relevant publications can be found online at http://goo.gl/VfWqjG

Location: The postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Daniel Irimia MD, PhD at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.  The laboratory is affiliated with Harvard Medical School and Shriners Burns Hospital.  
Compensation: Salary follows the NIH scale for postdoctoral fellowships.
