Post-doctoral Fellow – Microbiology & Immunology, University of Maryland, School of Medicine, Baltimore, MD

We are recruiting a highly qualified postdoctoral researcher to investigate 1) TLR4-interacting signaling receptors and 2) To delineate the contributions of these interactions to regulation of macrophage differentiation and susceptibility to murine influenza infection.

Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and career-oriented research individual with less than 2 years’ post-doctoral experience, with a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology or closely related area. Basic molecular and cell culture skills and hands-on experience working with mice  are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also required (English fluency-verbal and written). Ability to work independently and in collaboration is required. Willingness to learn new techniques is essential.
