Abstract submission fees: Please note that SLB members receive complimentary abstract submission. Non-members are required to pay $30 for early abstract submission and $50 for late abstract submission. Abstract submission fees must be paid at the time of abstract submission and are non-refundable.

Need an invitation letter for your VISA application?  No problem, just register and then email us to request a letter.

Dinner Cruise

vancouver-boat.jpegWhen registering, be sure to consider purchasing a dinner cruise ticket. Given our proximity to the water at this beautiful venue, we thought best to take advantage and go on a dinner cruise! We'll enjoy an evening on the water with dinner.  Join your collegues and friends for this memorable event. Attendees are welcome to purchase multiple tickets and have their spouses/significant others join us. REFUND POLICY for dinner cruise tickets: A full refund will be provided to attendees that wish to cancel their dinner cruise reservation by September 4, 2017 via written request to registration@leukocytebiology.org.  Due to the nature of the event, after this date, no refunds can be provided.

Registration includes the following: registration to attend all scientific and special sessions of the conference, one program book, breaks and socials as indicated in the program book.

Registration refunds will be provided less a 15% cancellation fee for refunds requested in writing prior to
September 1, 2017.  In consideration of today's economy and delayed employer approval of travel, please note the following addendum to the refund policy: If a cancellation is requested and is due solely to employer non-approval of travel; and given the employee had submitted the travel request to their employer in a timely fashion allowing proper consideration time, the societies will refund 100% of the registration fee up until the first day of the conference for these special situations only.  Appropriate documentation must be provided. Travel and hotel cancellations remain the responsibility of the individual.
